		<description>I have work out both at home and gyms, I like working out better at home. I have a nice selection of DVD&#039;s and videos and love adding more as I need to challenge my body. I also have a nice selection of equipment which I am going utilize after I tear myself away from puter. This thing is unhealthy.</description>

		<description>I am all over being proactive that is exactly why we are doing what we do.  Teaching prevention is an uphill battle because of peoples mentality and desire for a quick fix.  With the Wellness Revolution now at the fore front a lot of things are happening to make a shift.  It won&#039;t be easy or fast but a person at a time.  Blessing for what you are doing also.  Good luck, we just have to continue to move forward and spread are knowledge.

		<description>I totally agree with you on cutting down time spent running around doing errands and buy online. I do all of that already. It takes me a few minutes. Now when I should be doing errands either for my shop or personal, I am out taking nice long walks by myself or with a friend. It is simple exercise I do AT LEAST once a day, and the fresh air gets into my muscles and invigorates me so I work 10x harder when I get back to my studio!</description>
